Exchange Policy

It is our goal to provide you with a secure and a simple shopping experience. Please make sure you order the right part, because we do not exchange products. 

Return Policy

   No refunds or returns on electrical parts/electrical tools, all sales are final, no returns or             exchanges on opened, installed, or used electrical/non-electrical parts, if you open any        electrical/non-electrical parts box/tools or install any electrical/non-electrical parts 

purchased  from, due to misdiagnose of a problem, you are now the proud owner  of this part. No exceptions.
 For non-electrical parts, that are pre-approved for return usually due to extraordinary  circumstances, for process purpose you must receive a RMA (return material authorization)  umber to put on outside of shipping package, before returning any part. Returned parts  delivered with out a RMA (return material authorization) visible on outside of shipping package  will be refused, Note, please e-mail with reason for returning non electrical part to receive a  RMA (return material authorization) before returning parts.


Return Non electrical parts/tools

Non electrical parts/tools must be in new and un-used condition and in their original unopened boxes with all included accessories, instructions, warranty. For returns, all original shipping fees are not refundable and a 25% re-stocking fee applies. Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insuring package cost ( recommends that you the customer, insure all return products through your shipper, because, Inc. will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen products that you return), it is you’re the customer responsibility to insure these products. Customer will receive a credit, minus restocking fees toward the purchase of another product from; returns must be received and approved within 30 days of purchase before credit is applied.


If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you must notify us immediately via email at and we will make every effort to stop your order, if the parts have been shipped, there is nothing we can do.

Special Orders

Special order items, parts described on our web site as "Special Order” is non-returnable or refundable once ordered.


Due to the complexity of processing so many different manufactures warranty, and because every situation is different,, Inc. does not process manufactures warranties from parts or tools , We suggest for best results, our customers contact and follow all manufacturers warranty instructions on how to processed with their warranty process, some manufactures require factory dealers to process there warranties, in this case you would use your local Heating and Air Conditioning contractor or Plumber, and a trip charge and processing fee may apply


Please make sure you order the right parts/tools you want the first time, because, Inc. does not give refunds on any products/tools purchased from our web site, in some extraordinary circumstances we may offer a credit to use towards other products or costs of a another product from

Shipping uses UPS to ship most of the parts purchased from distributors, In some extraordinary situations, our distributors may use the shipper of there choice, Federal Express, or another shipping company.

Order Delays

Once your order leaves the warehouse facilities and transfers to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for the part being shipped shifts to said carrier. At this point has no control over and is not responsible for delays or damage which may occur during shipping, or any loss to the customer from scheduled work that my be delayed due to orders that may be delivered late or lost during shipping.Any products that are lost or stolen during shipping, will be re-ordered and re-shipped to our customer and no extra charge.

Damage Products or Tools

By purchasing parts and accessories from you affirm that any claims regarding shipping damage or delays are the responsibility of said shipper. Please inspect all packages for damage, if damage is found please note on delivery receipt what damage was found when package is received. All damage parts noted on invoice will be replaced with a new part/tool and shipping at no cost to our customer after shipper returns damaged product to

Delays and backorders

If there is a delay in shipping your part, or if the part is on backorder, we will notify you as soon as we know. You can cancel the order for any part that is delayed in shipping. Please note U.P.S. doesn’t deliver on weekends and some holydays. (Next day delivery on Friday will be delivered on Monday)
